Payment Terms

Wild Frames Lab operates on a prepaid service model.

All wildlife photo editing and retouching projects require 100% advance payment before the editing process begins.

Work scheduling, file review, and editing workflow are initiated only after payment confirmation.

This advance payment policy allows us to maintain dedicated editing time, organized project management, secure workflow handling, and timely delivery standards for every client.

For long-term collaborations or recurring clients, customized payment structures may be discussed separately if required.

Remaining balances must be cleared before final high-resolution delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted Payments

All payments must be made only through officially approved business payment methods provided by Wild Frames Lab.

We do not accept project payments through personal bank accounts belonging to editors, team members, freelancers, acquaintances, or any unauthorized individual.

We may accept payments through:

1. Official Business UPI

2. Business Bank Transfer

3. Online Payment Gateways

4. International Transfer Methods

Applicable GST and taxes are charged as per business and legal requirements.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of editing services, completed work is generally non-refundable.

If a refund request qualifies under our refund conditions after invoice generation or GST processing, only the original service amount may be refunded.

Applicable GST or tax amounts already processed or paid to authorities are non-refundable and may be deducted from the final refund amount.

Refunds may only be considered under the following situations:

1. Project cancellation before editing begins

2. Duplicate payment

3. Inability to deliver agreed services

Partial Refunds

If a project is stopped midway, refund consideration will only apply to unfinished work.

Quality Concerns

Clients are encouraged to review preview files carefully and communicate feedback during the revision process.

We always aim to achieve the highest quality natural wildlife edit possible.

Delayed Payments

Delayed payments may result in paused delivery or temporary project hold.

Final Delivery

Final edited photographs are delivered only after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

Q1 ) Will my RAW files be safe ?

Your files are treated with the same respect you put into capturing them. We do not share, publish, sell, or use your images in any form — ever — without your explicit permission. No portfolio features, no promotional use, nothing. Your work stays entirely yours, from the moment you send it to the moment it's delivered back.

Q2 ) Will my photos be credited to Wild Frames after editing?

Never. The final images are 100% yours — to post, publish, print, and sell however you choose. We work silently in the background. No watermarks, no credits, no claims. The recognition your photos deserve goes to you, and only you.

Q3 ) How soon can I get my Photos?

Standard delivery is 48 hours for most packages, and 36 hours on Premium with priority handling. If your shots are headed to publication, a brand deadline, or you simply can't wait — 24-hour and instant delivery are available at an additional cost. Just let us know upfront and we'll make it work.

Q4 ) How many revisions do I get?

Each package comes with a defined revision count so you always know exactly what's included. Revisions aren't a formality here if something doesn't feel right, we want to fix it. Our goal is for you to look at the final image and feel like it's exactly what you envisioned, or better.

Q5 ) What happens after the free sample?

Once you've seen what we can do with your own photos — and loved it — you simply pick the plan that fits your needs. Minimalist for clean, essential edits. Signature for advanced colour, detail, and depth. Premium for a full pro-grade creative treatment. We'll guide you through the right choice if you're unsure. 

Q6 ) Do you handle bulk photo orders?

Absolutely. Bulk orders are processed through our packages, ensuring every image in a batch receives the same level of attention, consistency, and quality — not just the hero shots. Volume pricing and dedicated turnaround windows are part of the conversation once you're onboard.

Q7 ) How do I send my photos?

RAW files are always preferred. High-quality JPEGs work too when RAW isn't available. You can submit through links of Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox
